Who invented you, my little friend?
The button that lets me sleep again.
You always manage to make me grin
And keep that morning drool on my chin.
You keep me warm inside my bed,
My pillow cradling my big head.
And while the alarm tries to disrupt,
Its annoying sound, you interrupt.
You let me sleep in long past due
And make me late for getting cute.
And then I scramble to get dressed,
For work I must always look my best,
But you let me sleep and now I'm late,
Maybe you really aren't that great.
